Qualifications:

• A great team player with a self-initiative mindset
• 1+ years of experience working in analytics, business intelligence, data infrastructure or equivalent
• BS/MS degree in quantitative field (data science, computer engineering/science, information systems, software engineering, mathematics, statistics, or a similar field), or equivalent experience
• Experience in relational (SQL Server) and non-relational databases (Mongo DB)
• Knowledge of typical BI/data analytics tools (PowerBI/Tableau/Looker)
• Knowledge of data related programming languages, such as Python, Scala

Responsible For:

• Develop, maintain and optimize real-time data lake and data warehouse infrastructure using cloud data technologies (BigQuery, Synapse)
• Design and maintain scalable data engineering infrastructures, pipelines, data lakes, cloud architectures for Big Data and ML applications (using AirFlow, DataFactory etc.)
• Build and maintain analytical tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into key business performance metrics
• Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, business units and other data-driven internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for better data access and usage
• Focus on quality, accuracy and consistency of data, reporting data quality issues to both data owners and technical staff
• Contribute to the ongoing development of the data warehouse ecosystem

Nice To Have:

• A good understanding of data architecture principles
• Knowledge and experience on ETL technologies
• Expertise in architecting, developing, and managing real-time data processing and ingestion pipelines (Kafka, EventHub, Azure Stream Analytics)
• Hands-on experience on Google Cloud data platform (BigTable, BigQuery, Looker)
• Experience working with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Be fluent in data related programming languages, such as Python, Scala
• Experience in modern DevOps practices
• Experience in cloud platforms (Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform or Microsoft, Azure) with related tools
• Experience on other data related technologies such as Apache Beam, Apache Druid, Apache Nifi, AirByte
