We're looking for an exceptional Lead Full Stack Developer to join our highly skilled development team. What You'll Do
- • Tech Infrastructure Leadership: Drive the expansion and modernization of our tech stack, shaping architecture and strategy for long-term scalability
- • Hands-On Development: Write high-quality, scalable code across front-end and back-end, aligned with project goals and technical standards
- • AI-Driven Product Features: Design and build agentic AI capabilities into the product — systems where an AI agent autonomously interprets user intent, orchestrates multi-step actions, and interacts with application data to deliver results, not just single-shot AI integrations
- • Secure Handling of Customer Data: Build and maintain systems that process sensitive or personal customer data responsibly, applying best practices like encryption, access control, and secure credential handling throughout
- • Documentation Excellence: Set the standard for clear, detailed, and accessible documentation for code, systems, and processes
- • Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a team of talented developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance
- • Agile Product Focus: Champion a product-centric agile methodology with continuous deployment, automated testing, and minimal maintenance overhead
What You Bring
- • Proven senior-level development experience on high-performance, client-facing web systems
- • Experience building systems that handle sensitive or personal customer data — with a clear, demonstrable understanding of how to keep that data secure (e.g., encryption in transit/at rest, access control, secure handling of credentials and PII)
- • Hands-on experience building agentic AI systems — e.g., an AI agent that interprets natural-language or free-form user input, plans and executes multi-step logic, and integrates with backend services or databases to return results (not just prompting an LLM API or using AI coding assistants like Copilot/Codex)
- • Strong expertise in headless CMS — particularly Next.js and builder.io
- • Proficiency in server/client-side JavaScript with React, Webpack, and Vite
- • Experience establishing coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing practices
- • Demonstrated ability to optimize Core Web Vitals for superior user experiences
- • Solid front-end skills in CSS3/HTML5, with full-stack capability or readiness to engage across the stack
- • Exceptional collaboration skills — comfortable leading architectural discussions and driving solutions cross-functionally
