About the Role
Twillory is a fast-growing menswear brand redefining comfort and performance in everyday apparel, combining technical fabrics with modern style. Creative is the biggest driver of our growth. We believe the brands that win aren’t the ones with the biggest budgets. They’re the ones that consistently produce the best creative.
As our Senior Performance Creative Strategist, you’ll help us build that engine. This is a high-impact role with direct influence over millions of dollars in annual advertising spend. You’ll own the creative roadmap: turning customer insights and performance data into hooks, angles, scripts and briefs that our designers, editors and creators bring to life. You’ll work closely with our media buying, creative and leadership teams, and you’ll build the systems that let us test more, learn faster and scale what works across Meta, TikTok and emerging channels.
You might come from performance creative strategy, or you might be an exceptional content creator who knows what makes people stop scrolling. Experience with Meta and media buying is highly valued. We’ll also consider standout creators with strong storytelling, a deep understanding of their audience, and the drive to build their performance marketing skills.
You’ll have real ownership and autonomy, a fast-moving team that values speed, creativity and experimentation, and the chance to help build one of the most sophisticated performance creative teams in DTC.
Great backgrounds for this role include: Creative Strategist, Content Strategist, Content Creator, UGC Creator, Social Media Manager, Creative Producer, or Paid Social / Performance Marketer.
Essential Functions
Lead end-to-end creative strategy for paid social campaigns, from research and ideation through briefing, production, launch, testing and optimization.
Develop compelling hooks, messaging, scripts, visual concepts and production-ready briefs for UGC, video and static ads, and give clear creative direction to creators, designers and editors.
Turn consumer insights, customer reviews, competitor research and social conversations into fresh concepts built around customer pain points, objections, aspirations and product value.
Generate multiple variations of winning concepts to maximize scale before creative fatigue sets in.
Partner with media buyers to understand why hooks, angles and formats succeed or fall short, and translate those learnings into new concepts and testing strategies.
Prioritize Meta as the primary paid social channel while supporting creative for TikTok, AppLovin and other emerging platforms as needed.
Collaborate with designers, editors, UGC creators, agencies and internal stakeholders to bring concepts to life.
Primary Responsibilities
Own the creative roadmap and keep a continuous pipeline of new concepts, assets and testing priorities.
Build and improve the creative production and testing workflows, templates and cadences that increase the speed and quality of iteration.
